The minimum amount for the sale/lease of this land shall be Rs
..It is hereby agreed that any reduction of this amount shall be made only with the concurrence of the Party of the First Part.
It is hereby agreed that the Party of the First Part shall not pay amount whatsoever for the publication of notices incurred for the purposes of the sale of this land and agree to pay a commission to Marks Land Sales Private Company the said Party of the Second Part for the sale/lease of the said land at the rate of 3% up to One Million Rupees 2.5% up to Two and half million rupees 2% from Two ad half million to Five Million rupees 1.5% from Five million to Seven and half million rupees and 1% for every One hundred thousand rupees above Ten million rupees.
The Party of the First Part hereby agrees to bear the expenses incurred in obtaining Land Registry extracts relating to this property.
The Party of the Fist Part hereby agrees to bear expenses incurred for supply or water pipes and electricity and expenses for developing the said property.
The Party of the First Part agrees to settle the arrears of assessment bills and bills for supply of water and electricity and also to supply the non vesting certificates and street line certificates relating to the said property.
In the event of any sale or leasing of the said property by the Party of the First Part after entering into this Agreement the said Marks Land Sale Private company should be notified accordingly and the Party of the First Part hereby agree to pay a commission of 1% out of the amount of such sale/lease of the said property to the Party of the Second Party.
AND WHEREAS after notifying the Party of the First Part permission shall be grantee by the Party of the Fist Part to any employee of the said Mark Land Sales Private Company to enter the land and the ?Party of the First Part agree no maintain any relationship with the purchaser.
If however, the sale/lease of the said property is abandoned before the lapse of the stipulated period the Party of the Second Part should be notified to that effect and the Party of the First Part hereby agree to pay to the Party of the Second Part a sum of Ten Thousand rupees (Rs.10,000/-) for the expenses incurred for publicity notices by the Party of the Second Part.
Both Parties having duly understood all the conditions indicated above place their signature at the office of the Marks Land Sales Private company Panadura on this
